𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐄, 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑 #𝟒 welcomes international designer and consultant Evert deGraeve – visiting lecturer at FAD – with extensive global experience in jewelry design to share how cultures worldwide influence jewelry aesthetics. With an extensive international experience, Evert deGraeve has collaborated with top studios, luxury brands and cutting-edge design houses.
Schedule – contemporary jewelry design classes:
– open to 1st and 2nd year design students (and everyone interested): MONDAYS March 3rd to 17th (16:20-18:00, FAD room 010) – on schedule

Born in Holland Evert deGraeve was educated in Belgium and Holland. He started his career in London as a goldsmith for David Morris and continued his experience in Pforzheim Germany. For 20 years EDG fulfilled Executive Global Design and Product Development positions at Harry Winston, Suna Brothers, Mikimoto and David Yurman.
Using the finest materials and the best craftsmanship EDG has create a unique collection of jewelry. The collection captures EDG’s extensive global traveling experiences. EDG’s inspiration starting at his roots in Europe.
The sense of balance and European design influences ad to the appealing aspect of the EDG collection. Evert deGraeve also provides bespoke services. The Manhattan collection is a private commissioned project created by EDG.
These precious objects are expression of passion and desire to touch the heart and soul of each person that adorns beauty. Throughout the ages jewelry is an expression of love.”
